Poor Diggory - we had to be recovered from Yorkshire, as it appeared the alternator had gone. Went straight into garage and I was dreading the worst to say the least! However, rang today and they didn't even have to fit a new alternator - was just a wire that needed replacing and then charging the battery.
The waxoyling/sealing took three coats though apparently!

Well have finally done a scary thing, after writing off my "sensible" work car and bought T25 Transporter minibus, to hopefully convert into a camper.
After phone struggles with about 10 insurance companies, and nearly giving up and settling for "sensible" small car have gone ahead and picking it up on Wednesday.
Has passed MOT for another year, so wont have to worry about that for a while, but will have to tax it. before I can drive it away.
